Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation, a 100% deposit is required.

Standard Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at least 3 days before your arrival date. You will be charged a processing fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay.

For cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice, shortened stays, or early check-outs, we regret that we must charge for the entire reservation.

Travel Protection Options:

Sickness, Injury, or Travel Delay:
Protects your reservation in case of medical reasons, injury, or travel delays. We strongly recommend adding this option to avoid any issues.

No Reason Cancellation:
Allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund of 75% of the reservation cost (minus the travel protection fee) if you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date. We highly recommend subscribing to this option.

Customers must understand that choosing not to add either Travel Protection option means accepting the risk and responsibility for cancellations, and no refunds will be issued even if it is not the customer's fault. That is why we offer the Travel Protection Options, to cover you for the unexpected.

Refunds Under Travel Protection:
For refunds under the Travel Protection options, customers must click the link at the bottom of their reservation confirmation email. Please note that these claims are managed entirely by a third-party provider, not by Caribou RV Park.

Site Assignment

We can switch sites at any time and without further notice except if a lock-fee was paid. In the unlikely event that we would have to switch a site for a guest having paid a lock-fee, this fee will be refunded.

Check-out time is 11AM

Arrival Times

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Deposits & Payments

A 100 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase

Children & Pets

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
Children age 12 and under stay free
Pets are welcome
You are asked to strictly pick up after your pet. Pets must be kept on leash.

In the event of a pandemic, border closures, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

Waiver and Campground Rules and Regulations are displayed at the information board and are handed out during check-in and absolutely need to be respected.

This is a Worry-Free Booking™, so if you are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances and can provide evidence as listed in the Terms and Conditions here, you may be entitled to a full refund.
